Descoberta

Walking around the big internet world, i got to discover (thanks to Einav, a friend from Israel) Lamija Suljevic, an incredible fashion designer. It was love at first, second, third, and all sights...
Lamija was born in Bosnia, but lives in Stocolm. Her work pays tributes to Balcans rich culture, wich we can see in the perfectly, refined and old hand made techniques.

Genial!

Lamija's last collection brings a luxurious handicraft work. Exclusive pieces showcase the richness not only of her creativity, talent and avant-garde design, but her knowledge of history and culture of her people, clearly shown on her work. The pictures of her collection brings a kind of ancient folk doll from the Balcans, with an eye on the rich east european culture from ninetenth century, and another eye on the photographic esthetics from the 20's. Genious!
